<Explanation解説>
Piano Sonata, 1st Movement: "The Phoenix"
The first movement of the piano sonata, titled "The Phoenix,"
is a musical expression of two distinct eras: the time when founder and
CEO Sawada lost everything and clawed his way back up from rock bottom,
and the "growth phase" representing a bright future in the 21st
century.
This movement covers the period from "Resurrection"
(Chapter 1)?spanning the time of deep personal anguish through the company's
founding.
It depicts his journey of overcoming numerous seemingly insurmountable
obstacles;
vowing to rise again after being pushed to the brink of death?even requiring life support and suffering cardiac arrest;
and ultimately establishing SCG Sawada Consulting Group Co., Ltd., despite sabotage by adversaries posing as allies.
It is the debut composition into which CEO Sawada "breathed life."

<Detailed Explanation
Piano Sonata, First Movement: "Phoenix"
It was agonizing.
The moment I thought everything was over, my body?lying in a hospital bed?separated from itself.
Looking down from the ceiling, I saw the life-support system displaying "Level 0" for several minutes.
Realizing I couldn't let my life end like this, I returned to my body.
Seeing my own battered, broken form, I couldn't even shed a tear.

From *The Phoenix*: Chapter 1 ? Resurrection (The Period of Heartbreak and Early Foundation)
While hospitalized, there was no one to grieve for me.
Having gone through so much, I began to observe people with the "eye of the heart."
From then on, I resolved to always visit anyone I knew who was hospitalized.
When a colleague's child was hospitalized during my time at a life insurance company, I went to visit them immediately.
There was a woman who used to help me fasten the buttons on my dress shirt when my left hand was incapacitated;
when she was hospitalized, I rushed to the hospital without sleeping.
A grueling, lonely rehabilitation process followed.
My left-hand grip strength improved from 0 kg to 45 kg.
I applied for a job at a life insurance company.
While studying for the entrance exam, I realized I couldn't turn the pages of my books.
I voluntarily withdrew my application due to my physical limitations.
I decided it wasn't the right time to seek employment.
My left fingers, which had been stiff and unable to grasp anything, eventually regained enough mobility to twirl a pen.
I could turn book pages smoothly again.
I tried again and secured a job.
During on-the-job training on business etiquette, I sometimes struggled to smoothly pull my business card holder from my pocket.
I realized that the sense of distance wasn't being transmitted correctly from my brain to my fingers.
Although I was reprimanded for it, I chose not to let it bother me.
I felt there was something slightly off about the company's corporate sensibility.
Sure enough, that life insurance company eventually filed for corporate reorganization under special laws.
At that moment, I became convinced that my judgment had been correct.
At the same time, I resolved to live by trusting in myself.
Whether facing something massive or a passing trend of the times,
I decided to make my own decisions.
I was subsequently headhunted by another company.

An enemy appeared, masquerading as an ally.
Under the guise of work duties, personal information was leaked.
Contract details were also exposed; when I consulted my boss about it,
he flew into a rage and hurled a glass ashtray at me, shattering it to pieces.
Just as I sensed something was wrong, I discovered my boss had been leaking contract information to other subordinates.
We were supposed to be a team.
It was a "Gulliver-esque" organization?vast and overwhelming?
yet I vowed not to yield to such malicious conduct and refused to back down an inch.
They drove me to the brink of resignation, even plotting to cut off my parents' pension,
and went so far as to contact labor officials (Hello Work).
Their onslaught was terrifyingly powerful, but I defended myself with every ounce of strength I had.
In that moment, I realized I was in a place where I didn't belong?a barren wasteland?
and decided to cast aside the connections I had built in the past.

I received word from a precious treasure I hadn't seen in ten years.
Their voice sounded cheerful, yet I sensed the loneliness beneath it.
I listened intently to everything they had to say, wanting to put their mind at ease.
That night, I couldn't stop the tears from falling.
? [Omitted] ?
I established SCG (Sawada Consulting Group Co., Ltd.), an extension of my own self.
I built the foundation step by step, donned my armor (strengthening my body),
and gradually raised my combat level so I could fight on my own.
I regained a stronger, radiant version of myself?more powerful than ever before.
From "The Phoenix," Chapter 2: "Tomorrow's the Future" (A Period of Growth)
This section portrays corporate growth through an upbeat melody.
It depicts the company's development?culminating ten years later in the completion of a Tokyo branch and a new headquarters?
and the "birth" of renewed vitality within the local community.
